The story of Hamburguesa dates back to 20 years ago, when the restaurant’s founder, Antonio, was still living in Mexico City. At the time, Antonio was selling burgers out of a food cart in the city streets, and he would routinely play Spanish rock from inside the cart. The Hamburguesa menu is expansive, with a variety of unique burger offerings. “La Hawaiiana,” for example, is a medley of beef, cheese, and pineapple, while “La Suiza” is a triple-meat powerhouse with ham, bacon, and beef.
