The Montclair area is a go-to for all-things weddings. From dress shops to venues to salons, the town has everything one needs to plan the perfect wedding. We just got word that another wedding dress shop is moving to 408 Bloomfield Avenue, 2nd Fl in Montclair from Nutley. Vesa Brides is the newest addition to the area. Read on for what to expect.

After serving the Nutley community for ten years, Vesa Brides announced that it will be moving to Montclair to a second-floor suite near the Wellmont Theatre. “After searching for a bigger space for the last 2 years. We just felt like this was a good fit for us. I always loved the Montclair area for its restaurants, shops, and vibrant community. We are by appointment only, so the 2nd-floor suite level is perfect for us. Montclair is also just 10 minutes away from our current shop, so we won’t inconvenience our clients. With the extra space we will be able to offer more accessories and engagement dresses for our brides,” Veronica told The Montclair Girl.

The family-run bridal boutique is owned and operated by mother and daughter Elsa and Veronica Castro. The boutique will cater to brides with personal private appointments. In addition to bridal gowns, the store carries a full line of bridal accessories, engagement dresses, and Mother of the Bride gowns. Customers will be able to stop in for in-house alterations as well.
Veronica explained, “We retail custom wedding gowns and mother of the bride gowns. We carry Allure Couture, Madison James, Pronovias, Abella Bride, and Wildly. We also carry headpieces and veils. For our mothers, we have Ivonne D, Montage, Feriani, Gianfranco. We alter our dresses in-house. We have amazing seamstresses. We can make customizations to dresses. We do have an in-house line of engagement party dresses we created.”

Vesa Brides designs and creates as well as sources from popular bridal brands to curate a versatile collection of bridal gowns and accessories. Think – headpieces, earrings, veils, faux fur wraps, and cute brand/bridal merch.

The opening date of the Montclair location is March 5th.
