Transcendental Meditation has been embraced by notables from the Beatles to Oprah Winfrey for its ability to improve concentration and increase creativity. The Summit location is one of five in New Jersey — the others are in Ramsey, Mt. Laurel Township, Princeton, and Red Bank. In-person and hybrid courses are available.
