About Rebel Core

Rebel Core is a Modern Pilates studio that emphasizes strength, confidence, and community. With the belief that these three principles go hand in hand, this local fitness studio challenges members to unlock their full potential and find their inner rebel.

Each class blends the art of Pilates with the science of bodybuilding to create low-impact movement with high-intensity results. Across its Roseland and Cedar Knolls locations, Rebel Core’s 45-minute classes focus on time under tension to help members build real strength, improve endurance, and move with purpose.

Classes are performed on an X-Former that was custom-designed for the Rebel Core Method. This modality incorporates principles of body building, physical therapy, and core-focused movements to deliver mobility, flexibility, and build strength through slow, controlled movements.

The studio has a few options for classes, including a Modern Pilates full body class that is open to all levels, an Essentials class that breaks down the Rebel Core method, and a Rebel Recovery class. They will be adding a fourth style to their schedule incorporating heavier weights called Rebel Strength.

Membership Options 

Rebel Core has a variety of 45-minute full-body, low-impact, and high-intensity classes, designed to push traditional Pilates workouts beyond the barriers. There’s no prior experience necessary: newbies and seasoned vets alike are welcome to move at their own pace, with empowering instructors every step of the way.

There are different membership packages available, suitable for different lifestyles and needs. The monthly memberships start at $129 for 4 classes per month, followed by 8 and an unlimited option. Memberships are recurring and do not require a commitment; however, unused classes do not roll over. The spot also offers class packs for more flexible options — the best way to get started on your Rebel Core journey is the 3-class new client special for only $45.

Owned and operated by husband-and-wife duo Stephanie and Bill Rogers, Rebel Core isn’t just a workout class; it’s a community. The team has forged an inclusive and supportive space at both of its locations, where all members, no matter where they are on their fitness journey, are empowered to show up for themselves.
