Essex County entrepreneur Adenah Bayoh (also behind Cornbread Farm-to-Table, which is right nextdoor) is behind this creative concept, which features modern takes on classic Southern dishes in addition to standbys like grain bowls and salads. Even non-vegans will find themselves drooling over these burgers — they are every bit as juicy and delicious as the real deal.
