A family-run establishment, Gencarelli’s Bakery has been around since 1975 and is a well-recognized name around northern New Jersey. There are tons of unique flavors available, like French apple, peach lattice, lemon meringue, sugar-free options, and more. There is a second location in Wayne, New Jersey, and both open at 6AM every day except for New Year’s Day — which means this is a great choice if you need something more last minute, though we recommend placing an order beforehand. Orders must be placed in person or by phone — though it seems there may be an online ordering system established soon.
