Several local businesses offer a seasonal treat to celebrate autumn, which can be enjoyed while watching the leaves change and taking a walk in the crisp air. The Ivy at Chatham

From now through the end of fall, Eagle Rock Cafe has PSLs. The drink is made with the cafe’s Intelligentsia Coffee Black Cat Espresso, spiced pumpkin puree, oat milk, and spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger. This family-owned coffee shop is run by Montclair residents Robert and Adele, and their passion for coffee shines through in the shop. Robert’s history in the hospitality industry combined with Adele’s Italian heritage brings various flavors of coffee and pastries to the shop, including pumpkin spice offerings.

Paper Plane Coffee Co. | 61 North Fullerton Avenue

With a fascinating interior resembling that of an airplane, Paper Plane Coffee Co. is a local spot definitely worth visiting. For the fall season, there are multiple themed drinks available to enjoy. The “Ube Normal” is made with expresso and creates an aesthetic brown and purple color scheme. Another drink option is the “Young Frank”, made with a matcha base.

Since 2012, Red Eye has been offering breakfast and lunch items alongside delicious coffee beverages. A wide array of flavors, including pumpkin spice, are available on the menu, and the cafe is open every day from 8AM to 3PM. Each beverage is available in 12 or 16-ounce servings.
