The virtual options coincide with the live classes to bring that community element to every class. Classes run Monday through Saturday with each day themed around a different style of workout like Tabata Thursdays and Strength Saturdays.

This local gym has group classes that range from group weight training, barre classes, HIIT, and personal training. It also has online classes that can be streamed live from your laptop ranging from pilates, bootcamp, and cardio kickboxing.
