Cranford’s Heat + Glow uses infrared saunas, which are different from the traditional sauna. These infrared saunas use advanced therapy to promote heat generation within the body, with only a small percentage of the heat affecting the air. This process causes you to sweat deeper and at a lower ambient air temperature. Pick between a 30 or 60-minute session and start relaxing. As always, make sure you always drink enough water.
