All sessions are delivered through a HIPAA compliant online platform. Each new client begins with a 20-minute confidential phone call to select and schedule an appointment with a Culina RD based on your health history, lifestyle, and goals.

“We believe that nutrition is the foundation of health, and it should be accessible to everyone,” Tamar said. “We aim to service the 99% — we are currently growing and scaling our business to provide nutrition care to everyone and make it as accessible as possible by taking insurance and using a telehealth platform. Diet related diseases are the leading cause of death in the United States, with insurance-backed access to Culina Health we can change that. Our goal is to use clinical nutrition to change the way the world thinks about health.”

Clients at Culina Health are provided with personalized nutrition + health toolkits that include client-specific plans, goals, product recommendations, diet education, and even shopping lists to take all the guesswork out of eating right for your body. Clients also have 24/7 access to a telehealth platform which serves as a hub for a wide range of health + wellness trackers, including:

If you don’t have insurance (or prefer not to use it), you also have the option to pay out of pocket. Culina’s most popular plan includes a one-time activation fee of $99 followed by a $169 monthly fee. This plan includes the one-time 60-minute assessment and then two 30-minute sessions each month. Messaging with your personal RD between sessions is free and you can cancel anytime before your next month is charged.
