Diamond Gymnastics | 293 Pompton Avenue, Verona
Diamond Gymnastics is a 7,000-square-foot facility designed to teach kids gymnastics, cheerleading, and tumbling skills. The Pre-School level is designed for kids 15 months to 4 and a half years old. Classes are typically held in 12-14 week sessions during the fall, winter, and spring. For kids ages 5 and up, two levels for boys and four levels for girls are offered.

Courses like Tiny Tumblers and Open Play are geared toward walking age to 3 years of age and introduce participants to sensory play, running obstacle courses, stretching, skill building, mat work, and more. For those 4-6 years of age, Kinder Gymnastics offers an environment for kiddos to build and improve their skills. Rollers, for kids 6-10 years old emphasize flexibility, strengthening, and the basics. Swingers/Keepers and Aspiring Aces is for kiddos aged 7-13 years old and includes balance beam work, vault, uneven bars, and floor work.

USA Twisterz in West Caldwell offers a free trial class to get a feel of the programs offered. This female-owned gymnastics studio offers three levels of classes with three tiers each. Even students as young as six months old can learn more about movement in the Tiny Twisters class. Students of all groups are welcome in the different classes, and the school-age program can go up to 12 years of age and older.
