About Threefold Cafe
Owned by Jessica Paddock, Threefold Cafe opened on October 7th in Verona, New Jersey. The cafe features crepes, coffees, waffles, among other treats. Jessica lived in France which is what inspired her passion for crepes.

Jessica’s mission with Threefold Cafe is inseparable from her commitment to the community. Threefold Cafe serves as a third space, away from work and home. The backyard patio will host community events, like open mic nights.
Threefold Cafe is a space where “Neighbors are served by day” and “Good company gathers at night.” Threefold Cafe’s vision intends to source local ingredients and utilize local resources. That commitment extends even to the building materials: the window counter of the cafe was made from reclaimed wood from the cafe’s renovation. The space is the former home of Blue Hippo Coffee Co. When remodeling the space, Jessica called on family and friends. Every surface was worked on with love by the community, for the community.
For example, in the window there is a table made by Brandon, a friend of Jessica’s. Brandon also made the aforementioned window counter.
The Space
The space exemplifies a transitional aesthetic, bringing in modern elements with a classic traditional vibe. Trendy, sage green walls with traditional molding create an inviting space. The large tanned booths are comfy-chic and a perfect place to curl into with a warm crepe. Mid-century modern elements are present in the lighting, and plants hang on the walls, creating an earthy feel. The space extends into the back patio, which is the perfect place to get some fresh air and stretch your legs.

What to Expect
Threefold Cafe sells crepes inspired by the different areas Jessica is connected to. When creating the menu, Jessica said that she pulled flavors from her experiences living in France, South Carolina, and Jersey, of course. You can choose from a wide array of savory and sweet crepes, including the cafe’s take on a deli classic: bacon, egg, and cheese crepe.
In addition to their traditional coffee menu, Threefold serves La Colombe draft lattes and cold brews on tap. Threefold cafe serves yogurt parfaits, overnight oats, waffles, and gluten-free cookies.
