A casting call was released for Tuesday, August 20th at the Hyatt Regency in Morristown, which saw hundreds of locals lining the streets for their chance to be in the highly-anticipated sequel. Another casting call was sent out in September 2024, calling for North Jersey and New York City locals to portray 2000s-era golf spectators in a tentative West Orange shoot for Happy Gilmore 2.
