The new Montclair MEGA Studio opens this week on Saturday, November 11th and the team is so excited to officially join the Montclair community.

Like the Jersey City studio, the new Montclair MEGA location will have state-of-the-art equipment, a team of dedicated trainers, and a club-like atmosphere to keep you motivated.
The studio will also feature a coffee bar, retail shopping + a parking lot (yes, really).

MEGA Classes
MEGA is a Lagree and Technogym boutique fitness studio with a fun club-like atmosphere and a team of trainers ready to help each client transform their fitness journey.
“At MEGA we pride ourselves on our small group classes and our ability to truly give EVERYONE that 1-on-1 workout experience. Our 12-person class sizes allows our team to be hyper on top of form over everything – making sure you are always doing exercises safely and effectively,” Kyra Huxel, owner and founder of MEGA Montclair and MEGA Jersey City, told The Montclair Girl.
The classic MEGA Stride classes are a perfect 50/50 blend of low-impact strength training on the advanced Lagree Megaformer ‘EVO’ with high-intensity interval running and sled training on the luxury treadmill. Members should come prepared to sweat, sprint + shake for the entire 55-minute class.
The EVO, developed by Sebastien Lagree, is a more advanced version of a reformer (for anyone who has taken Pilates) and is designed to rapidly tone and strengthen the core and enhance muscle endurance.
MEGA-only classes are also an option for anyone who wants to skip the treadmill and just reap the benefits of the Megaformer. Both the Stride and MEGA-only classes are hard but created with all fitness levels in mind.
