Nobody loves New Jersey like New Jerseyans do — but living in such a great (arguably the best?) state makes finding a home that much harder. To make this process simpler, our parent brand, The Local Girl, has launched a Real Estate Listings Directory that is self-service and accessible to everyone — whether you rent, buy, want to list a property, find a room, sublet your own room, or are a realtor looking to share listings with our audience.
Here, you can find an ever-growing, curated list of real estate throughout New Jersey, from Montclair to Verona to Clifton and throughout North Jersey — all the way down to the Jersey Shore. We’ll also be sharing the most recent listings with our readers on a weekly basis via an article that is shared throughout our content platforms, so getting into our directory definitely has major perks beyond your typical real estate listings site.
Keep reading to see all of the listings available in Montclair, Bloomfield, North Jersey, and Greater New Jersey through The Local Girl’s Real Estate Directory this week, and keep checking realestate.thelocalgirl.com for additional properties. Listings Currently Live
The live listings section of the Real Estate Directory lists all types of properties — including apartments, houses, condos, and commercial spaces. Users can list them as rentals, sublets, for sale, or short-term rentals in the directory. Those looking to buy or rent can browse a variety of listings directly on the directory, 24/7 – 365. With filters such as property type, price, and bedrooms, you can also browse individual listings and explore neighborhoods using the map feature. See below for the listings available and on the market for sale and rent this week.
