Turtle Back Zoo is Hosting an After-Hours Craft Beer Event

A summer night at the zoo is always a fun plan, but when you mix in craft beers, live entertainment, and food, it suddenly becomes a destination for summer fun. This summer, Turtle Back Zoo will be hosting its annual Brew at the Zoo event, an after-hours experience that supports the Zoological Society of New Jersey. Kicking off on Friday, June 27th, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the event brings guests together for an evening of good, wholesome fun. About Brew at the Zoo

Brew at the Zoo is an after-hours event at Turtle Back Zoo and will be held on Friday, June 27th, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Attendees will be given the chance to enjoy an after-hours summer party with craft beverages, live entertainment, animal encounters, and more in support of conservation and education initiatives. The Zoological Society of New Jersey will be the nonprofit partner supporting the event. Tickets will help fund programs that help support the Zoo’s long-term mission.

We at MG love supporting small, so one of our favorite things about Brew at the Zoo is its wide selection of local brewery pop-ups + craft bevs, as well as appearances from local vendors. According to its website, some of the breweries set to appear include Brewery Thirty-Three, Cricket Hill Brewery, Double Tap Brewing, and more. Attendees can also expect to see New Jersey-based songwriter Joe P for a live music performance, and there will be animal presentations + encounters as well.

The event is 21+ only, and state-issued identification is required to attend. All tickets come with full access to the Zoo’s selection of breweries, and there will also be non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.
