The kitchens include white shaker-style quiet-close cabinets and drawers, stainless steel + energy-efficient appliances, Silestone countertops, matte black hardware, and Carrara tile marble backsplashes. The bathrooms are just as sleek, with stone flooring, bath + shower enclosures, backlit vanity mirrors, and glass shower doors in select homes.
LIA by Vermella is also conveniently located directly by Orange Station (only a 3-minute walk!), which is a great way to stay connected via transit without sacrificing a peaceful living space.
Amenities For the Homebodies
We love a day out on the town, but sometimes there’s nothing like the comfort of your own home. LIA by Vermella accommodates social butterflies and homebodies alike with a diverse selection of indoor and outdoor amenities for any situation. The building includes an interior clubroom with game tables, a bar, and lounge seating, and if you’re looking for a good workout session, it features a fitness center and private yoga + workout room as well.
For our WFH friends, there is also access to a two-story coworking space with private conference rooms. And we haven’t even mentioned the best part: resort-style pool with a sundeck, a courtyard with grills and seating (for the warmer months), and indoor and outdoor private dining areas (with a built-in pizza oven).
