In October, there are many things worth celebrating: the riddance of muggy weather, the transition into autumn, the abundance of pumpkin spice lattes, and, of course, Halloween. This year, October takes on two more celebrations: Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. The Montclair Girl has compiled a list of local spots that are serving Jewish pastries and food that would make for a tasty treat on Rosh Hashanah, or a great snack for breaking fast on Yom Kippur. Read on to learn more about these bakeries and eateries in Northern New Jersey that are serving Jewish baked goods and dishes for the High Holy Days.
