About the Arena
Andrew Sane, the owner of DartsGood Social House, wanted to bring his passion for darts to Bloomfield. Dartsgood Arena welcomes all dart players ages ten and up regardless of their skill level. There’s space on the website to reserve a dart board for playing time, but walk-ins are also accepted. Beginners can learn the ropes by taking lessons during off-peak hours. For those who do not have their own darts, DartsGood will provide them. Justin, one of the hosts at DartsGood, told The Montclair Girl “Even if you’re not sure how to play darts, come and try it out before you write it off. It’s a good pastime to have a few beers and hang out with friends + family.”

Seasoned dart throwers are welcome to bring their own darts. DartsGood has games such as 501, 301, cricket, Around the Clock, + High Score. Coming in the near future, the arena plans to have weekly + monthly tournaments within the space.
About the Space
DartsGood is located at 293 Glenwood Avenue in Bloomfield near the Bloomfield Center area. The storefront is across the street from the Super Foodtown. While the arena doesn’t have a parking lot, patrons can use the Glenwood Avenue Garage, next to the Super Foodtown. Street parking is also available on Glenwood Avenue.
There is a chill + cozy vibe inside DartsGood. The walls are painted a rich, dark green. Patrons will see some tall, bar-top tables along the left side of the space. There are about four tables with a set of bar stools at each one. On the right side of the arena, there are five designated spaces with dart boards. Within each space is a setup so dart throwers know where to stand to begin their throwing as it has a clear threshold not to pass. Each dart board is hung on a wall and there are spotlights shining on each board from the ceiling, making it easy to clearly see the boards from across the room.
DartsGood Social House is open Thursday through Sunday. Patrons are allowed to bring their own food from a local favorite near Bloomfield Center. The arena is also BYOB.

Aside from future weekly + monthly tournaments, DartsGood Social House also provides private party packages which include use of the darts arena. Some events DartsGood can host are birthdays, corporate events, + more. Private parties are available in three-, four-, + five-hour blocks.
