Nobody loves New Jersey like New Jerseyans do — but living in such a great (arguably the best?) state makes finding a home that much harder. To make this process simpler, our parent brand, The Local Girl, has launched a Real Estate Listings Directory that is self-service and accessible to everyone — whether you rent, buy, want to list a property, find a room, sublet your own room, or are a realtor looking to share listings with our audience.
Here, you can find an ever-growing, curated list of real estate throughout New Jersey, from Montclair to Verona to Clifton and throughout North Jersey — all the way down to the Jersey Shore. We’ll also be sharing the most recent listings with our readers on a weekly basis via an article that is shared throughout our content platforms, so getting into our directory definitely has major perks beyond your typical real estate listings site.
Keep reading to see all of the listings available in Montclair, Bloomfield, North Jersey, and Greater New Jersey through The Local Girl’s Real Estate Directory this week, and keep checking realestate.thelocalgirl.com for additional properties. The Junction at Gateway Center in Newark is having its grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for The Gyro Project on Wednesday, February 19th at 11:30AM. The Gyro Project provides a modern, street food-style menu featuring gyro platters, souvlaki, Greek-style lamb chops, moussaka, house-stacked meats, and imported olive oils per a press release from the establishment. This new location at The Junction will favor both office and fast-casual takeout customers, enhancing the dining options available to Gateway Center’s office tenants and the Newark community following its successful debut in Fort Lee in 2023.
