The Bradford, a brand new rooftop bar and lounge located at 600 Somerset Corporate Boulevard in Bridgewater has debuted on March 18th. The Vibe
Just over 40 minutes from Montclair, The Bradford is the newest venue from Briad Management Services, Inc. Think; upscale and modern vibes with good music, good drinks, and great views of Somerset County and the Watchung Mountains.

The 7,000 square foot space, located on the AC Hotel Bridgewater‘s seventh floor, boasts both indoor and outdoor areas. Each space, including The Library, Tap Room, and outdoor bar has its own design and vibe. The outdoor area has fireplace heaters and covered dining areas, making it the perfect location to dine in any season.
The Menu
The Bradford’s menu, curated by Chef Jonathan Kavourakis, serves up a variety of small plates with a few entrée options including the shrimp cocktail, Mediterranean spiced meatballs, and the Bradford burger.
The concept of the menu was for the plates to be shared between guests as the dishes are brought to the table throughout the meal.
The bar menu features an expansive collection of premium spirits, craft cocktails, universal wine offerings, and draft beer. The signature drinks are fun twists on classic cocktails like the ‘Peanut Butter Old Fashioned’, ‘Curious Cucumber’, and ‘Purple Paradise’.
How It Came To Be
The Bradford’s concept and vision come from the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Briad Management Services, Inc., Brad Honigfeld. “Brad has traveled the world to bring a unique rooftop experience to his home state of New Jersey,” explains Rick Barbrick, President, Co-CEO, and COO of Briad Management Services, Inc via the press release.

“He spearheaded the design process in collaboration with famed Los Angeles restaurant + nightclub designer John Sofio, President and Founder of Built, Inc. while overseeing even the smallest of details with his talented team of executives and operators. The food, fine spirits, and wines were all selected and approved by Brad.”
