For some, spring marks the beginning of taking runs and walks outside again. For others, it’s a chance to take lazy days off the couch and to the park. For those who love furry friends, perhaps it’s time to give puppy yoga a try. The fun is in the name: it’s a yoga class, but with puppies to keep you company as you flow through the Asanas.
