If you’re not into lines, view the full menu and skip the line with a pre-order here (but TBH, a pop-up line is kind of sort of part of the fun… if you’ve got the time).

It will start at 11:30AM, and goes till everything runs out. A few must-orders: Fennel Pollen (a go-to for roasted meat, fish, chicken, and even dessert), Whipped Ricotta (a signature whipped dish — sold in a pinpoint bag so you can serve it just like restaurants), and Simple Sauce (self-explanatory). All necessary accouterments for your next meal, for sure.
