AMC Aviation 12 | 1200 South Stiles Street, Linden
If standard digital screenings aren’t enough, this AMC theater has 3D and Imax theaters. Some theaters even have the AMC signature recliners to reserve and put your feet up while enjoying a recently released flick. Although it’s in Union County, this one is worth the drive.
AMC Clifton Commons 16 | 405 Route 3 East, Clifton
There’s no need to get in line extra early at this theater, because all seats are reserved seating, with some recliners available. Patrons can also get discounts on matinees and tickets on Tuesday. Other great AMC theaters include AMC Mountainside 10, AMC Ridgefield Park 12, AMC Wayne 14, AMC Dine-In Shops at Riverside, and AMC Garden State 16.
AMC Dine-In Essex Green 9 | 495 Prospect Avenue, West Orange
This classic AMC theater has all the usual perks found at AMC locations. Audiences can also dine at the theater with meals delivered right to their reserved seats. There are a ton of food options to choose from on the menu.

AMC Newport Centre 11 | 30-300 Mall Drive West, Jersey City
Looking for a break from shopping? Head up to the top floor of the Newport Centre mall to the AMC theater. It shows films in 3D, IMAX, and standard theaters. Patrons can order drinks via mobile order, and tickets are discounted on Tuesdays for AMC Stubs members, which readers can join here.
Bergenfield Cinemas | 58 South Washington Avenue, Bergenfield

After first opening in 1922, this historic movie theater still aims to bring audiences the most premier movie-going experience possible. After additional renovations and reopening in October 2021, this six theater establishment now shows an assortment of new releases. The Village | 1 SOPAC Way, South Orange
Part of the South Orange Performing Arts Center, this movie theater is powered by CinemaLab experience and shows a wide array of films, as well as alternate programming. For $99 patrons can get unlimited movies for you and a guest through March 2022. If customers are looking for something more than just popcorn, there are also empanadas by Mit Miti available, along with other usual concessions.
