wel•lam begins its Fall Movement program for tween and teen girls with founder Lia Masciulli this Sunday, September 12th. The five-week course will take place outdoors every Sunday from 10:00AM-11:00AM in Anderson Park at 313-359 N Mountain Ave, Montclair, for girls ages 10-15 years old. The course supports the emotional and physical well-being of tween and teen girls through movement and mindfulness practices. By the end of the program, teens will have learned the basic movement principles of Pilates, Yoga & Barre, discovered how to unlock ultimate confidence to become unstoppable, and cultivated a connection with themselves and others.

Hoboken 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony
The City of Hoboken invites the community to attend a service at the Hoboken 9/11 Memorial at Pier A. The ceremony will begin at 6:00PM.
In the Northwest area of the park, the memorial is aligned in the direction of the World Trade Center site and includes a glass panel for each of the 56 Hoboken residents lost on that day.

Essex County to Administer Covid-19 Booster Shots

Essex County announced that it will administer booster shots to those who are immunocompromised, by appointment only, at its vaccination centers at Kmart in West Orange and Essex County College in Newark. According to the CDC and the FDA, people are considered to have a compromised immune system if they are fighting a disease, undergoing medical treatments or have received an organ transplant.
