Coping with a miscarriage is a tragic life experience. It’s a life-changing event that can feel isolating. But, people don’t have to go through such trauma alone. There are several reading materials, including Hope for Healing: A Guide to Depression After Pregnancy and Infant Loss, (which is available in English and Spanish), and groups and services are available in New Jersey for people suffering such a loss. Here are resources in New Jersey available for those dealing with a miscarriage.
