The Lane Team’s Open House Event

This Sunday from 12PM-4PM, The Lane Team is hosting an open house event at 24 Upper Mountain Ave in Montclair. The Welsh House is a true piece of Montclair history and winner of the 2013 Excellence in Historic Preservation Award — featuring three levels of spacious living with 10-foot ceilings, hardwood floor throughout, as well as two fireplaces and four sets of oak pocket doors. The home also includes two levels of Rotunda porch accessible from the library, master bedroom, and second-floor bedroom. Not to mention, the home is just a short distance from NYC transportation, Whole Foods, Montclair Art Museum, restaurant row, and local shops. Serving food to the community is a daily effort. Toni’s Kitchen in Montclair is available for this support. The Kitchen stays in operation with the support of volunteers.
