About Alissa Alter
Aka the Amy Poehler of vaginas, to use the classical Pilates method to deepen your understanding of, connection to, and command over your core body. Alissa has been dancing for 35+ years, practicing Pilates for 23+ years, practicing yoga for 21+ years, and teaching for 20+ years. It’s hard to believe because she looks so young!
Alissa received her certification in 2006 from the “Harvard of Pilates certifications,” Romana’s Pilates. She continued her education with Lori Coleman Brown.
