This Pilates Day Join Dí (@attentivewellness) and Chantel (@relabfitness) for 50 minutes of a grounding Yogalates flow for all levels, followed by a 15-minute sound bath meditation on Monday, May 6th, at 7 pm at Loopwell Montclair. Community connection over healthy snacks and henna by @freckledhues will be available( priced based on design) for the last 45 minutes.
