Ernesto, an RYT 500, has been instructing yoga since 2015. He seamlessly blends the principles of Iyengar and Ashtanga practices into his teaching while maintaining his practice. He believes in the transformative power of yoga that challenges and restores. Guided by the principles of alignment, focus, and breath, Ernesto shapes and refines the body while nurturing the spirit. Drawing inspiration from diverse lineages, he incorporates sound healing elements into his classes, deepening the yogic experience and fostering peace in the body and stillness in the mind. In his classes, Ernesto skillfully interweaves dynamic movements with static postures, offering a well-rounded journey toward harmony and inner alignment.
