Kids Meditation at Houss Freya

During this Kids Meditation, attendees will do a clearing of energy, guided meditation and sound healing. This group is open to kids and one guardian per child. Attendees are encouraged to bring their favorite meditation crystal. For those who don’t have one, there will be crystals to borrow.
