Introduction to Meditation and Breath Awareness with Kanan at Loopwell

Learn to meditate with simple techniques to break free from negative patterns of thought and behavior and embrace change with ease in your health, relationships, and self. This workshop at Loopwell is for both serious meditators and those new to the practice. This takes place on April 11th from 7PM to 9PM. Refrain from caffeine two hours before the practice, and wear comfortable clothing.
