The SoJo Experience
SoJo Spa has eight saunas, each uniquely designed to achieve specific benefits. Guests can sauna hop from the Himalayan salt sauna to the red clay sauna, then improve circulation in the Ganbanyoku sauna.
The outside amenities are just as luxurious, with a heated rooftop infinity pool overlooking the Manhattan skyline. The outdoor hot baths are not to be missed either. Similarly to the indoor saunas, each is designed with a specific wellness goal, like the carbon-rich pool, the hinoki bath, or the silk bath. For the bravest guests, the cold waterfall is the ultimate refresh.
SoJo Spa Club also has an ESPA spa right in-house. From heated salt stone massages to maternity treatments to couples packages, and aroma therapy treatments, the SPA by ESPA is a great place to unwind and relax. Acupressure massages are a popular option, with treatments including foot, chair, or hand and arm massage.
The Food Hall
We come for the relaxation, but we stay for the food. SoJo Spa may be known for its relaxing saunas and pools, but the Food Hall is a destination in itself. Guests can enjoy a wide range of options, from healthy options like the Shrimp & Soba Noodle Salad or the tuna poke dish. But this is a staycation, so you deserve to treat yourself to one (or multiple) of many pizzas, French fries, or sandwiches.
