CLAQ HAUS, a pole fitness studio with a current location in Bergen County, is expanding to Montclair. The new location will be located at 356 Bloomfield Avenue, Suite 6. About CLAQ HAUS
CLAQ HAUS is a pole fitness studio built around the idea that movement should feel empowering, exciting, and inclusive. The studio’s classes are designed for people of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels, whether someone is trying pole fitness for the first time or already has experience.

The classes combine strength training, flexibility, and dance for a full-body workout. Pole fitness can help build core strength, tone muscles, increase flexibility, and improve cardiovascular endurance, while also creating space for confidence, movement, and self-expression. CLAQ HAUS currently has a Bergen County location in Maywood at 100 West Pleasant Avenue. The CLAQ HAUS team shared with The Montclair Girl that Maywood was just the beginning, and the studio is now expanding to Montclair soon.

Classes at CLAQ HAUS
Per the CLAQ HAUS website, class styles include options like Beginner Bliss: Intro to Pole, Level 1: Pole Foundations, Pole Dynamics! Tricks, Spins, + Transitions, Pole Zoo, Freestyle Forum, Aerial Hoop, Chair Flair + Flow, CLAQ Conditioning, Stretch Yoga, Yoga: Power Flow, Aerial Hammock, and more.
In addition to regular classes, CLAQ HAUS also hosts events and private parties. The studio’s party options could make for a fun birthday celebration, team outing, girls’ night, or bachelorette-style activity for those looking to try something different.
