We’re less than a month away from the premiere of Wicked: For Good, but one North Jersey bakery has already landed in Oz. For a limited time, Calandra’s Bakery in Fairfield is hosting a Wickedly Delicious Pop-Up Tea Experience, a Wicked-themed attraction with décor, themed pastries, and teas all made in-house. It’s a chance to sip, snack, and snap photos in a setting as “swankified” as the film. Read on to learn more about Calandra’s Bakery’s limited-time Wicked-themed pop-up experience in Fairfield, New Jersey.

Wickedly Delicious
Calandra’s Bakery is a certified New Jersey staple, serving fresh-baked goods since 1962 — but for the next few weeks, the bakery is swapping Garden State for Glinda and green as it transforms into a Wicked-themed wonderland.

The Wickedly Delicious Tea Experience includes welcome drinks, a selection of teas, themed pastries, finger sandwiches, and one-of-a-kind desserts that are just as photo-worthy as they are delicious. Guests are welcome to BYOB to make the experience even more enchanting.
Beyond the food, you’ll find magic in the details: alternating green-and-pink shades visible from the outside, doorways that mimic the Wizard’s Throne Room, and nods to fan-favorite moments everywhere (“toss toss,” anyone?).

The Details
The Wickedly Delicious pop-up is now open at Calandra’s Bakery’s Fairfield location at 244 Route 46 East. The themed tea experience runs Wednesday through Sunday with four available seating times: 10AM, 1PM, 4PM, and 7PM.
Tickets are priced at $75 per person, which includes tax and gratuity, and children under three can attend for free.

Reservations are required and can be made by calling 973-575-1491 between 10AM and 8PM.
Guests should note that a credit card is needed at the time of booking and that cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
About Calandra’s
Calandra’s Bakery first opened its doors in 1962 in Newark, founded by Luciano Calandra, an Italian immigrant who had been living in America for just five years.
With the help of his wife, Ortenza, Luciano quickly built a reputation for freshly baked Italian and French breads that became a local staple.
Today, more than 60 years later, Calandra’s remains a family-owned and operated bakery with three North Jersey locations — Newark (the original), Fairfield, and Caldwell.
No matter which you visit, you’ll find the same hallmark of quality: breads, pastries, and desserts baked fresh daily, just like they’ve done for generations.

Calandra’s Bakery is located at 244 Route 46 East in Fairfield.
