The team shared with Montclair Girl: “We are going to be a little more casual and will have counter service for our guests as well as indoor and outdoor seating. Our main focus will be on Vietnamese street food.”
Guests can expect food items such as banh mi sandwiches, usually served on a Vietnamese baguette with protein like pork and other goodies, vermicelli bowls, and rice plates. The team also shared with MG that they will collaborate with other local Montclair businesses for dessert options. The cafe will serve Vietnamese coffee all year round, as well as a rotating specialty drink menu.

Bánh Voyage doesn’t have a grand opening date yet, but the team plans for a soft launch in the next three to four weeks.
