Pura Vida, a popular name for those in Miami (and now NYC), known for its health-forward menu, is now open at The Mall at Short Hills as of April 16th, marking the brand’s 50th location in the United States, and its first in New Jersey. The Miami-based fast-casual concept has been going viral on social media recently, and now New Jersey locals do not need to travel to see what the hype is all about. What’s on the Menu
The menu is built for all-day breakfast, with wraps and egg plates that make for a quick + healthy bite. There are also salads with standouts like the kale Caesar, plus sandwiches ranging from chicken to a classic tuna.
