It’s officially almost June, which means it’s basically summer and yard sales are in full swing as households declutter for the season. Fortunately for Montclair, shoppers don’t have to seek out individual listings and break up their weekends (unless that’s your vibe of course), but if you’re more of a one-and-done kind of person, there will be a town-wide yard sale on May 31st (originally May 24th) where you can explore participating home sales throughout the town. About Montclair’s Spring Town-Wide Yard Sale
Montclair’s town-wide yard sale will take place on Sunday, May 31st from 9AM-5PM. Residents can set up their items in their driveways, backyard, or garage. Registration is now closed. Those who filled out the form will have their addresses included in an interactive shopper map published a few days before the event.

Montclair Township requires a permit in order to conduct a yard sale, which must be obtained prior to the event. You can apply online here OR in person at the clerk’s office at 205 Claremont Avenue. For more info, you can reach out to [email protected].
