The spot provided more updates on Instagram as it inched towards opening, and The Juice House made its debut in Montclair on Sunday, June 16th, 2024. The grand opening was held from 10AM-4PM, and included vendors, raffles, giveaways, and music. The first 50 people in line will received a free 16-ounce bowl and a free Juice House Montclair cake pop from @lignalcakepops. See more here and here.

This marks the eatery’s fifth NJ location, the others being Garwood, New Providence, Freehold, and the most recently opened Union storefront.

The Juice House was founded by Arielle Cassidy, MSN, who opened up its first location in 2014 at only 22 years old to share her love and passion for nutrition. According to The Juice House’s website, she saw “an immense need in my community for a positive and upbeat establishment that offered a diverse assortment of health-based foods.” Arielle has a background in the health and wellness fields, as well as a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition. She wanted to find a way to provide accessible nutritious products (like juices, smoothies, and grab + go items) to the local community — and that’s how The Juice House was born.

The menu includes a variety of juices; smoothies; bowls with acai, pitaya, coconut, and banana bases; wellness shots; and grab + go items, with options varying by location. Some popular items across the locations include the Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie (chocolate whey, chocolate almond milk, peanut butter, + banana), the Berry Nutty Acai Bowl (acai base with strawberry, blueberry, banana, almond or organic peanut butter, “grawnola,” + honey or agave), and the Restoration Smoothie (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, banana, acai + maqui powder, + honey). MG pro tip: try out the Berry Berry Acai Bowl with honey on top, it will not disappoint.

The wellness shots include the Anti-Flu Shot, the Major Detox shot, and Wheatgrass shots, among others. As for grab + go items, try out some kombucha, almond butter bites, protein energy bites, peanut butter bark, and other items. There’s also the option to have certain menu items made vegan or nut-free upon request.
