With temperatures dropping well into the frigid category as winter comes into full swing, it can be difficult to find restaurants in Northern New Jersey that are still offering outdoor seating. Luckily, we’ve curated this list of the best winter outdoor dining setups in the Montclair area. Decked out with outdoor heaters, and soon to feature the annual holiday Keg Tree, the restaurant has turned its patio into a wonderful spot to enjoy the Cloverleaf’s seasonal cranberry crush cocktail.

Right in the heart of downtown South Orange, the Fox and Falcon is known for its welcoming atmosphere and its artisanal cocktails. The outdoor heaters and tents bring a welcoming and cozy vibe from the inside to the outside.
