Meet Lucas, a pretty brindle pup who is looking to be adopted and be with his forever family. This American Staffordshire Terrier is in need of some extra love — he was found left all by himself at a dog park and rescued by Bloomfield Animal Shelter. He is a fun, sweet, and playful dog that is looking for lots of excitement and a home that is as active as his personality. Crate-Trained: Lucas has good kennel manners and doesn’t mess in his crate unless in it for extended periods of time. He also doesn’t destroy beds or toys.

Personality: Lucas is a friendly, happy-go-lucky, playful boy who is always in a good mood. He is dog friendly, loves people, and is happiest when playing and running around the play yard.

Why she/he was brought to the rescue: Lucas was found in a local dog park by himself after hours. It is believed that he was abandoned.
