About Bagel Supreme
Bagel Supreme began in Clark, NJ in 1992 and has since expanded to 12 locations across New Jersey and New York, with locations in Wallington, Rutherford, Kenilworth, Cranford, Woodbridge, Colonia, and two in Clark.

The chain was founded by Mohanna Harfouche, who initially partnered with a local bagel shop in Wallington Township before opening his first solo shop in Brooklyn, where he perfected the art of bagel-making. His daughter, Salma Harfouche, will be leading her first location in Montclair location under the name “Bagel Supreme Go.”
Per the website, “As we continue to grow, each location remains rooted in our core values of quality, authenticity, and community service. We’re excited for you to be a part of our expanding family story, from one generation to the next, as we spread not just bagels but joy across the state.”

Bagel Supreme serves everything from classic flavors to creative cream cheese spreads. In addition to bagels, guests can order breakfast wraps, waffles, pancakes, French toast, sandwiches, pierogies, juices, and more. Check out the full menu here.
New Home Inside Lackawanna Station
Lackawanna Station is a former train station turned community hub that houses several small businesses, including Ironbound Farm Market, Boogie’s Wine Shop, Montclair Flowers + Gifts, and community networking space, The Rec Room, among others. See the directory here. The space also hosts several events throughout the month inside The Big Room, an event venue that is home to the popular Montclair Flea Market each month.

As of June 17th, 2026, the bagel shop is now open. The shop will be open seven days a week and feature a full coffee bar, regular and gluten-free bagels, and other breakfast items. Guests will also be able to enjoy a make-your-own cream cheese bar with Nutella, fruits, and other varieties. Check for updates on its Instagram @bagelsupremego.
Bagel Supreme Go will be located right next to BPD, just outside The Big Room, which serves burgers, fresh donuts, and crispy fried potatoes.
“We’re going to focus heavy on the build-your-own cream cheese concept, but we’ll have everything: coffee tea, refreshers smoothies, Tres leches, muffins, and cold cuts,” Salma told MG.
