The Montclair Girl Team 
As summer comes around and the nights get warmer, it seems like the perfect time to enjoy a movie night under the stars. Montclair’s yearly film series, “Movie Night Under the Stars,” is back for 2026, starting June 14th. The series will feature three movies across the months of June, July, and August. Read on for all the details about Montclair Film’s 2026 summer movie nights.
The Film Lineup
Cars | 6/14 at Nishuane Park
Montclair Film is kicking off the series with the Disney classic Cars to celebrate the movie’s 20th anniversary. The rain date for the movie will be Saturday, June 20th, still in Nishuane Park.
Best In Show | 7/26 at Anderson Park
The next movie is the early 2000s classic Best in Show. In the theme of amazing pets, attendees are welcomed and encouraged to bring their dogs and furry friends to a parade before the showing. The rain date will be Sunday, August 2, in Anderson Park
Zootopia 2 | 8/29 at Brookdale Park (Archery Field)
The series ends with another animal-focused film. The final movie will be Zootopia 2, with a rain date on Sunday, August 30, in Brookdale Park Archery Field.
