For those who want approachable, American-style food (without leaving the hotel), Allegory is The MC Hotel’s signature restaurant. The menu features a shared-plate, multi-course format focused on community-driven dining. Allegory is known as the social center of the hotel, with an all-day menu, brunch and breakfast options, and of course, wine and dessert all at your fingertips.

Stout NYC’s newest venture, Campofiore, is set to open soon, just steps away from the MC Hotel. The concept is a rustic, regional Italian restaurant, led by Chef Dan Drohan.
The culinary team utilizes local farmers and fishermen from the tri-state area, with a menu featuring tapas-style antipasti, including house-cured salumi, artisanal Italian cheeses, and vegetable and seafood antipasti. Other highlights include handcrafted pastas and homemade gelato, and a curated wine list.
The Splendid Rooftop
Montclair’s only rooftop, featuring indoor and outdoor spaces, conveniently located at the top of the MC Hotel, is The Splendid Rooftop.
It’s a cocktail-driven, upscale sporting club with an unreal view of the New York skyline and the Montclair treeline.
The menu features small bites, sliders, and Neapolitan-inspired pizzas – ideal options for those looking for an upscale spot to catch the game or hang with friends while indulging in craft cocktails and snacks.
